I'm back, back from the future!

BTTF-hero

This is a post just for the fun of it! and because we all love Back to the future - wait who doesn’t? so to commemorate the release which is over 30 years and still the film is a legend with new generations not growing up with the franchise loving it, we decided to post about our big Back to the Future plan and get your support.

We have long been debating the best way to get to meet clients and in London one of the best (we use the word best loosely here) has to be the tube but what would be even better is a Time machine - more specifically one built from a DeLoreon! This will not only mean we can get to meetings on time but as Doc Brown says if your going to build a time machine out of a car you might as well do it in style.

So we are starting a DeLorean fund we have managed to raise £12.50 of our £250,000 target and are on track to reach the total by May 29 2029 - so stay tuned for updates, in the meantime please feel free to have a read of some fun back to the future trivia courtesy of the IMDB.

“In 2010, during a cast reunion, Michael J. Fox said that strangers still call him “McFly!” constantly. Fox said that the most remarkable instance was when he was in a remote jungle in the South Asian country Bhutan, located between China and India in the eastern Himalayas. A group of Buddhist monks passed him and one of them looked at Fox and said, “Marty McFly!””

“The script was rejected 40 times before it was finally green-lit.”

“According to Bob Gale, on October 26th, 1985, a group of people showed up at the mall used to film the Twin Pines Mall location to see if Marty would arrive in the DeLorean. He, of course, did not.” – (we may have been part of this group!)

“Biff’s catchphrases “make like a tree and get outta here” and “butthead” were improvised by Thomas F. Wilson.”

“At the London Comic Con 2015, Michael J. Fox admitted that his four children (one son and three daughters in their teens and twenties) never saw Back to the Future.” (whaaaat?!)
